Raised in High Point, NC, Dr. Patel is a proud alumnus of the University of North Carolina, where he earned his B.S. in Biology before obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the UNC School of Dentistry. He then honed his expertise during an Advanced General Dentistry residency at East Carolina University, focusing on cosmetic, implant, and restorative treatments.

Outside the office, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with his wife—an Atrium Health Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician—their two-year-old daughter, and their beloved shih-tzu. A lifelong Carolina Panthers fan and avid UNC basketball devotee, he also finds joy in biking, basketball, and tennis.
